WARM UP WITH THE SAN FRANCISCO WORLD SPIRITS COMPETITION 2015 GOLD MEDAL WINNER PERC COFFEE LIQUEUR
Glassware: Brandy Snifter
3/4 oz. Perc Coffee Liqueur
3/4 oz. Stoli Vanil
1/2 oz. Galliano
3/4 oz. Creme de Cacao
1 1/2 oz. Fresh Brewed Espresso
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake well and strain into a brandy snifter. Garnish with Three coffee beans and a sprinkle of cocoa powder…and of course, enjoy!

1 oz Perc Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Cruzan Blackstrap Rum
2 oz whole milk
.25 oz Wray & Nephew Overproof White Rum
Pour Perc & Cruzan in tumbler 3/4 filled with ice.
Combine milk and W&N in shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into tumbler.
Add straw for stirring.
Christmas in the Hilltowns
1 oz cinnamon-infused bourbon
1 oz Perc liqueur
4 oz Esselon cold-brew coffee
4 oz milk or soy milk
1 oz maple syrup
Dash of chocolate bitters
Combine bourbon, Perc liqueur, coffee, milk and maple syrup over ice. Shake gently and pour into a 16 oz glass. Add a dash of chocolate bitters and serve.
